Create MAPI profiles without installing Outlook

Not sure if this is possible. On NT 4, there was a MAPI client already, the Exchnge client which would work, but this seemed more buggy.

Is there a reason you do not want to install Outlook?

According to Microsoft's Article 306962 it is possible. However, I'm not sure if it is a wise thing to do.
