I know this is a SQL site however I'm battling. I have a web asp page that displays crystal reports and the reports connect to a SQL Server DB. When I go to the machine and open the site, I can see the reports fine, but as soon as I open the website from client machines, It can't open the crystal reports, it just hangs.
Can any one help.

Does it really 'hang', or is there just no page coming up?
Depending on the technology you are using, it might be necessary to install the CR ActiveX on the client machine. If that's not installed, it is possible that the webpage just does not display a thing.
And of course, since you have installed CR on the webserver, the ActiveX is installed there...

How are you implementing the CR ActiveX viewer and attaching the data? I would need to see the ASP code for the page that runs the viewer and attaches the data and the sp code to give you a specific idea. One thought thou is use Profiler and see if the report is even connecting and retrieveing the data.
