SQL DAV Digital Dashboard Install IIS error

    I am installing SQLDAV Digital Dashboard onto a 2000 Adv svr with SQL 2000 (SP2) and MS SharePoint on it.

    It gets thru the SQLDAV install then throws:

    IIS OOP User: SHAREPOINT\IWAM_SHAREPOINT

    ERROR:-2147023564, Description: , Details: Could not save the new AdminACL.

    Other error:

    Trying ro get the IIS://Localhost/w3svc/1/root/DAVCatalog object

    ERROR: -2147024893, DescriptionL, Details: Couldn't get tehDAVCatalog.

    HELP!
