Hey,
We have had only one production server since day 1. Now we have 3 to utilize. Should I be creating seperate domain accounts to use for each servers Agent service or is it ok to use just the one account for all three?
Any thoughts?

One account is easier to maintain and be sure consistant (except you will have to keep up with the password). The other method works fine as well just requires you to keep up with what ID is on what box but your naming convention should cover. Then you put in a group that has access to all boxes where you can use replication. This is one of those dozen of this, half a dozen other question. Do what works best for you and is easiest for you to support.

I use the same account for server and Agent. Cuts down on errors related to security and config. However, I use different accounts on each server/instance. Named to conform to the server/instance and using one time passwords. If I need to log in as the user, I can always reset the pwd.

We tend to use a single account in production, though we've had as many as 40 servers online at the same time. But we do that for identical permissions and for the same Exchange mailbox for SQLMail and SQLAgentMail.
