Hi, does anybody know how to enforce password length and case sensitivity?

Not easily done. You'd have to modify the system procs that handle it. Alternatively you could run a tool that tries to crack the password, if it does, make them change it. Steve Jones has a review of one that is good.

Hi guys, I have another question. I'm thinkig of pushing the idea of password protecting the backup jobs of critical databases. Is it a good practice to do so?
