Starting and testing the a database

    Can someone tell me how to start a database as errors are reported when I attempt to view the props of a particular db through EM. All other db's are visible and can be entered. One particular one cannot and is returning with an error of 9001 and an ODBC state of HY000, can anyone explain why this db cannot be accessed?

    Make sure it is not dropped or in the restore process.
