Ok, I am using 2000 and trying to find the debugger (I have never used it) where is it? The help files don't give much info.
Thanks,
Eddie

It's in Query Analyzer through the Object Browser. Here's how to find it:

One thing I haven't had time to do is figure out why it works for some people and not others on what are supposed to be "default" installs. As you've indicated, the docs on the debugger are rather sparse.

Thanks Brian, how do I enter dates as params? I have some parameters that are dates and it seems that no matter how I add them, sql gives me an error.
Thanks,
Eddie

Tried to use the debugger as explained in the site you've mentioned, got the following error:
Server: Msg 504, Level 16, State 1, Procedure sp_sdidebug, Line 1
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Unable to connect to debugger on abcserver (Error = 0x800706ba). Ensure that client-side components, such as SQLDBREG.EXE, are installed and registered on serverdiamond. Debugging disabled for connection 73.
I have found a copy of SQLDBREG.EXE in a directory where I could take it from, am wondering where I should copy it to on my client machine and how do I register it.
Thanks.
