Hi there,
we use merge replication with pull and push subscribtion.
Now we want to upgrade to Service Pack 2 of SQL-Server 2000, but the problem
is we can not get all subscribers to update at the same time.
So, I was wondering if it is possible to have the Server (Publisher) running
with SP2 and the Client (Subscriber) running with SP1 without having any
replication problems?
Please, help.
Thanks.

I have not heard of any issues. The server is not making any changes to the structure. However I do suggest testing first no matter what is said. The worst I would think could happen (barring major problem outside SP), is that you would have to drop and rebuild the publication and subscriptions.

Thanks for the info.
I'm wondering why Microsoft is not mentioning anything about replication using SP1 and SP2 at the same time.
It's really confusing me.
I will try it and test it!!
Thanks.

Let us know what happens, especially if you get an error so others can know for sure based on experience.
