This is the scenario:
1. Merge replication between B <-> C
2. Trans replication from A -> B
3. This is with the same table x in both publications.
4. A change made on x in A replicates to x in B, but the merge replication do not register the change and therefor do not populate that change to x in C?
Is there a setting I can set to enable interaction between the merge and trans repl?
Also, would anyone agree if I state that I cannot set up a publication of a table for both a merge and a transactional replication on the same publisher.
Thanx

Hi There,
You can have all the replication models(Snapshot,transactional and merge for the same tables with differnt publications)
*****Make sure u name unique article names for each publication.
For example for merge publication
Article Name should be something like this Merg_Pub_Table1
Merg_Pub_Table2......
For example for Trans publication
Article Name should be something like this Trans_Pub_Table1
Trans_Pub_Table2......
There is no setting you have to make to enable interaction between the merge and trans repl 🙂
Make sure you have all the service packs up to the date.
Note: If you are using filtering make sure u have done it correctly.
I hope this will help u
