How to do the free text search

  If i want to catelog or rebuild the catelog

  and create full text index feature from the remote machine which is free text enabled server then how to do

  using the Wizard option or sql server i.e when u click the table it displays the option

  "DEFINE Full TEXT INdexing table"

  which is get disabled if i try from the Remote server.

  Please suggest me what to do

  Hi

  Just check if the Full text search is enabled or not.

  In Enterprise Manager go to Support services and start Full Text Search.

  I think this will solve ur problem.
