Hi
What is main difference between sql server 2005 script and sql server 2000 script.
I have sql server 2005 script and my requirements all stored procedure written in sql server 2005 use in sql server 2000.
When I am running thin script, its shows so many syntax problem.
So please inform me what is necessary changes into sql server 2005 script.

Could you post specific errors and some code? If you are using CTE's and the new statistical functions (Rank(), Row_Number(), etc...) and other new features the procedure creation will fail, but without specifics we can't give you a specific answer.

SQL 2005 new features not supported in SQL 2000.
