Connection error trying to connect to my server

    I cannot connect to one of my servers. I used to be able to connect to SQL2005 server but I am now getting an error when I try to connect to this server. I can still connect to my SQL2000 server and other SQL2005 servers but not the one on my laptop. The error I get from the application is Connection failed: , SQLState: '08001', SQL Server Error: 1265. From Enterprise Studio I get Connection failed: , SQLState: '08001', SQL Server Error: 10061. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this?

    I have included attachments of sceenshots of the errors received from my application and from Enterprise Studio. It trully is amazing what you can learn when you read furtheron. Thanks Gail for reply ing to David O.
