Move DTS one server to another server

    I have 5 server.

    in A server i designed one package, samething i need to move on to B server. How to import this dts package in to B server.

    Hi,

    It can be done in 2 ways.

    1. Open DTS package. Go to Package-->Save as ; Location- select as SQL Server and choose the destination server and provide the credentials. Click OK.

    2. Open DTS package. Go to Package-->Save as; Location - select as Structure Storage File; provide the location to where this package needs to be saved. A .dts file will be saved. Open the DTS designer in the destination server and browse for this sturucture storage file and while saving chose location as SQL Server.
