Hi,
I have two applications connecting to SQL Server 2000 in my machine. One uses System DSN to connect to SQL Server. This is working fine.
The other one uses MS OLE DB Provider for SQL Server. Till recently this was working fine. But all of a sudden, I am getting this error -
---------------------------
Microsoft Data Link Error
---------------------------
[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
After this I updated MDAC to 2.7. Even then, this is still persisting. There is no error message in the system Event Viewer and SQL Server Logs. The OS is W2K.
What could be wrong here? Can some one help me please.
Thanks in advance.
