Hi. I was wondering if there is some kind of site user's guide for how to navigate around and through the various areas which a new member could use as a starting point? Things like how to find open posts and such are probably second-nature to you all though it might be just a learning curve thing for me.

Search is so-so, but it's there for you to find things. We use Google search, so their hints will work here.
The "Active Threads" on the left menu shows you threads since you've last logged in. You can also use the "Recent Posts" above to see various searches in the forums.
Questions of the day are linked from the front page and you can filter them.
The articles use tags, so if an article is in "Administration" and "T-SQL", you can find it by choosing either category in the Articles section.
Anything I'm missing?
