No, not your database- the work... when all your jobs succeeded last night, no users are complaining, you've reviewed all your logs, the sqlservercentral forums dont have any interesting problems to interest you... then what?

Fire up an MCM training video.
Edit: that's a hypothetical answer, I haven't been in a situation with nothing to do for months.

Look around for the flying pigs.
Honestly, it's never come up. I always have something to do. If not directly work, then SSC and other sites for information. There's always something to read up on at the very least. Latest security bulletins is a way to burn more than a few hours and is both important to know and part of my work.

Go read Gail and Gus' blogs. Well, except Gail's taking a break from blogging for a while, so I guess we'll have to wait on new blog posts. 🙁
p.s., Don't forget about ASK SSC also.

Take a picture of myself (historical moment) and throw a little party (don't invite Murphy).Update knowlegde on parameter technologies (.net/web,windows/network administration,ms access migration), checking the upcoming releases, having some polls. Nothing too elaborate.

The same thing we do every night, Pinky.
We try to take over the WORLD!
Honestly, I'm here on SSC when it's slow, or I'm off trying to research something, or still trying to chew through Itzik's book, but people around here feel wierd about me sitting there reading, even a tech manual.
Never stop learning, even if it hurts. Ego bruises are practically mandatory as you learn unless you've never risked enough to make a mistake.

Update my documentation... if that is done... update resume, because I never run out of documentation that needs updating. 😛
