I'm not sure I understand you. How do you want to 'identify' a transaction? By last, the one that began most recently, ended most recently, something else?

I'm still not understanding what you want.
The most recent query?
The most recent data change?
Something else?
Best bet to get any of that is to have a profiler trace running for any of that information.
