using single DFT can we load multiple excel files into table.

    Hi All,

    My Name is vivek,i have few doubts below any one know to how to resolve please let me know.

    1).I have 5 excel files each file contain 10 sheets and how to load table by using sing DFT,in DFT we need to use single excel source and single destination.Is it possible in SSIS.

    2)each file contain country name, i need to load country names from file path's and product names from each sheet name.

    3)how to create dynamic files by using variable.

    First of all, wrong forum. This is the forum for DTS, which is the predecessor of SSIS and it's a totally different product.

    Secondly, why only one DFT? You can add as many on the control flow as you like. Furthermore, you can also put multiple sources and destinations in one data flow. However, this can impact performance: Too Many Sources in a Data Flow[/url]

    For question 2 and 3, you need to give a little bit more detail.
