How can I have more than one person running queries, and reports at the same time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, we need a little more information.
1) Is this an access .mdb file?
2) Is this an access .mdb front end linked to an access .mdb data back end?
3) Is this an access .adp front end connected to a sql server?
4) Is this an access .mdb front end linked to a sql server?
It is recommended that you have a separate front end with forms and a separate back end with the data.
The data can be another access file or a sql server.
If setup as 1) above you should be able to have more that one person open and run the application.
(Not recommended way of using multiuser access application.)
If setup as 2) above, give a copy of the front end to each user. Make sure the front end is properly linked to the shared data back end.
If setup as 3)above, give a copy of the front end to each user. Make sure the users have proper database rights so they can add and modify queries.
If setup as 4) above, you have a combination of proper linking and user rights.
If you can describe your version of access and which data connection format you are using, maybe I can help.
