Thanks for this interesting question.
I knew the answer only because I had to search for explanations about a case sensitive collation. I discovered that only the fn_helpcollations is giving this information but we have to use the SUBSTRING function to search the 'case-sensitive' ( or 'case-insensitive' ) part inside the Description column ( a little more complicated ).
Please , if someone is discovering that my English language is incorrect or difficult to understand , don't hesitate to warn me or ( better way ) provide me the correct way to write. Thanks beforehand.
