I love the internals stuff. I'm currently reading SQL Server 2012 Internals by Kalen Delaney. If anyone's looking for good stuff on the internals, it's one I'd recommend. I know SQL 2012 is old, but I don't know if she's written a newer edition.

Very cool, thanks. I'll keep an eye out for it. It's got to be a lot of work to update such a hefty tomb. It's a good one, though.

Got it on the Kindle app on my phones/tablets, one of the best ways of killing time on the commute.
