update a table from xml string

    hi friends

    i have a procedure named 'UpdateTable' with an input parameter named @xml.

    @xml is nvarchar contain xml string ..

    how can i update table from this xml string

    To verify, this is for a SQL 2K and not 2K5 database, correct?
