Memory issue

    Hi i have a nely installed ms sql 7 sp4 on winserver 2003 - same set up with other servers which are running normal..

    but this new one.. may server properties say that i have 0(zero) RAM. in which i cannot set it to 'dynamicaly configure sql server memory'

    but the server does detect a 4G ram on my server..

    any posible solution to fix this? or idea to trouble shoot?

    OK..

    here is what i found..

    xp_msver N'PhysicalMemory'

    --result

    19PhysicalMemory00 (-1)

    is there a way to update that?
