Error while importing data in a empty table

I am getting the following error when I am trying to run dts package
with bulk insert task(tablock ON, Insert batch size 10000) for importing 1 million rows in a empty table(no indexes, no triggers)
from a text file.
Not enough server storage to process this command
Please suggest what I need to perform so as to resolve this problem.
