trying to remove user from SA role

    ~Hi

    Help ! I'm trying to remove a user from the server SA role .. I happily run

    EXEC master..sp_dropsrvrolemember @loginame = N'LGstandard', @rolename = N'serveradmin'

    GO

    and yet when I view the login properties via enterprose manager it still shows them as a mbr of that role ?!!

    Or, since you can check from EM, why not remove from EM directly?

    refreshed closed reopened etc and checked on another machine 🙁

    I want it in script so I can just run it easily over all my enviornments
