I un-installed sqlserver 2000 on a test server using Add/Remote programs. The uninstall completed but I stll have SQLSERVEER in the programs menu with Client Network Utility.
I wanted to install SQLSERVER2005 Reporting services on this box. There appears to be no option to uninstall the client network utility.
Will this create a problem ?? for RS2005
Wanted to start clean also.
Thanks,

Try by executing the exe from which you have installed the SQL Server 2000,In that select upgrade/remove and in that select the client network utility.

SQL Server client network utility comes with the windows package and not with SQL Server one. Even if you have no SQL Server server/client installed in a machine you can use the client network utility by accessing them from run prompt as cliconfg.exe.
