I'm using SQL 2000 SP4.
I have noticed that when I go into SQL Enterprise Manager to change a DTS job schedule through Management - Jobs - Properties - Schedule that the updated next run date does not appear to update until after applying the change three or four times.
Is there a work around or a fix that needs to be applied so that I can adjust the DTS job once?
Your help is appreciated!

Where are you looking that you're not seeing the new schedule? If it's the EM jobs view, it's probably just a refreshing issue.

I have been changing the job in EM and then selecting refresh and the revised schedule doesn't come up. I close EM, wait a little bit then go back in and the schedule change still hasn't taken. I've had to go back into the job schedular calander and reselect the date and apply the change, et al, until the EM reflects the revised schedule.

I have many scheduled DTS packages in SQL Server 2000 and I've never run into this problem. I would verify that you're clicking "OK" on ALL of the pop-ups, any "Cancel" click along the line will rollback your changes. In the case of editing a recurring schedule, that's 3 "OK" clicks.
My only other suggestion is to make sure that SQL Server Agent is still up while you're doing this, and not going down on you.
