Still my data getting truncated

  I followed the article http://www.sqldts.com/default.aspx?297 to edit max chars allowed and still my data being truncated. Only 255 characters are being extracted from my Lotus Notes Data base

   

  Am I missing something here. Please help

  What data type is the column your are importing into?

  Also, what length have you specified?
