You may not have the latest service pack for Access. See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;272384 Overflow errors are documented here.

you are using Access 2000 with SQL server 2000 ... and because Access 2000 is made before sql 2000 then you have to do

you are using Access 2000 with SQL server 2000 ... and because Access 2000 is made before sql 2000 then you have to do one of the following: 1- go to microsoft and search for update to Access 2000 .. or 2- use Access XP (2002) upsizing wizard .. which is the best tool to transfer data and tables structure to SQL server 2000
