I have a developer trying to run the DTS Import Wizard and
he is getting an error that says: DTS Import/Export Wizard
Error: GetSourcesRowset Class not registered.
Any suggestions?

I've come across this one before. Re-installing the client tools on the offending PC resolved the issue.

He reinstalled it twice and got a same problem, I think that the associated SPs are supposed to apply on the PC, but I don't know which SP is required for SQL client tool.

I would suggest you update your client tools to the same service pack applied to the server.

This is probably caused by the installation of Visual Studio update / new version. Try installing/re-installing the latest service pack (as fromnaija has said). If that doesn't work then manually re-register dtspkg.dll
