Hi all
Apologies if this is posted in the wrong area but i am trying to migrate an exisiting SQL 2000 databse onto a W3K server with SQL 2000, that was the easy part. However Iam running into problems with the front end web server authenticating the users from the network. I see in the SQL logs a succesful log on for the connection attempt but I dont think the users credentials are being passed so when they go the home page it simply states the page cannot be displayed.
I have enabled asp on the webserver and can prove it via a test asp file so i know the server is working
Please could any one help me as I have inherited the problem and I only a pretty basic understanding of SQL
Cheers and many thanks
Jason

Check this article and confirm that you have everything configured correctly, there are a lot of gotchas in 2003 that were not there in 2000.

Check the IIS Log file to see the cs-username...I assume you have disabled anonymous leaving only Integrated, digest and/or basic enabled, correct?
