  15211 16 Old (current) password incorrect for user. The password was not changed.

  Hi,

  We are seeing this error message while connecting to a SQL Server 2K(SP3) and WIndow 2000 SP3 machine. I don't find anything on Microsoft with this message for SQL2K.

  Anybody seen this message before?? We are using ADOs to connect. The message misleading that we are trying to change the password but we are not.

  Haven't seen this one. Is this with NT Auth or SQL Auth?
