Yes, take a look at the undocumented sp_MS_marksystemobject

in your master db.

May I know how to change it back from system SP to user defined SP? anyway to remove the system SP?

IIRC, when you edit and save it will become a user procedure again

My reason changing that was enabled developer to view the SP content but they can't modify it!
