Connection thru EU failed

    I was trying some linked server stuff in one of my developerment server. It got froze. I had to kill the process. Now when I try to connect using EM or QA, it says,

    A connection could not be established to server.

    Reason:General network error.

    Please help. Thanks much

    The log says:

    The Scheduler 1 appears to be hung. SPID 0, ECID 0, UMS Context 0x25388148
