Upgrading to Outlook 2000 Client

    Hi All,

    I need to upgrade the email client from Outlook 98 to Outlook 2000. What this means is that I'll be using the CDOEX.DLL libraries vs the CDO.DLL libraries. The concern our NT Admins have is what will be the impact on SQL Server 7 Mail which is currently using MAPI I believe. Any ideas and thoughts.

    I have SQL7 SP4 on WIN2K and wanted to do external emails with attachments and due to our security policy and firewall restrictions I cound not use SMTP. Therefore I use OL2000 via SQL Mail and xp_sendmail and have no problems at all.

    Far away is close at hand in the images of elsewhere.
