All of my users have SQL server 2000 sp2 drivers installed and the server is also at sp2 with the worm patch. When I upgrade the server to SP3, will I have to upgrade the clients? Most of my users access the database via a MS Access 2000 front end. A few use Query Analyzer and EM. If I delay this, will the users be affected? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You don't have to but it is better to keep both client and server at same service level.
