DTS packages and Jobs:
How do you copy these to another server?
Can they be copied from a 7.0 server to a 2000 server? (and still work)

I hate when I do that, sorry for the blank post.
When editing the package use the "Package" menu "Save As" option. On the "Save DTS Package" screen, enter your 2000 server. Provided you have access to your 2000 server. If you don't then save it as a "file" and put in on a floppy. Then take the floppy to your SQL 2000 machine, and open the floppy file by right clicking on "Data Transformation Services" and selecting open and save on you SQL 2000 machine.
SQL 7.0 Packages should work on a 2000 machine.
