what is the min. requirements for sql server 2000 clustering?
do you have to pay for MSCS?

You have to have Windows 2000 Advanced Server and SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition. Clustering is part of Advanced Server.

You don't need to pay for MSCS, but if your Cluster is ACTIVE/ACTIVE you need to pay for the License for SQL on both the nodes
