I have SQL 2K running on a cluster. I upgraded both virtual servers to SQL 2000 SP3. Now the snapshot replication agent fails with an error "The process could not bulk copy out of table '[dbo].[syncobj_0x4345413144323443]'"
Error details are -
"ODBCBCP/Driver version mismatch
(Source: ODBC SQL Server Driver (ODBC); Error number: 0)"
I can find nothing in Technet on this.
What did I do wrong? Moreover, what do I do to fix it?

Im using the same setup, no problems. Turn logging on for the snapshot job, use -outputverboselevel 2 -output c:\snapshot.txt (I think, double check BOL), see what you get.

I resolved it (eventually) by reinstalling SP3, but using the "a" version. I did this several times, changing the order of installation on the two nodes, having the second node up, but the virtual server stopped - a basic shotgun approach. Something in this series of events got the replciation working again.
