Has anyone seen this error? Trying to DTS between servers.
"The license for the installation of SQL Server on your source and
destination connections does not permit the use of DTS to
transform data. See your license agreement for more information."
I think it is related to either version differences (ie SQL 7 to SQL 2000) or patch level differences on the servers??? Both installs are fully licensed but one is on NT 4 server OS and other is WIN2K Pro desktop version.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What version of each SQL Server are you running? If one is MSDE (Desktop Edition) then it does not support DTS but I thought you could use DTS from a server that does.
