got this one wrong.
Reading the Microsoft Article it seems you could actually configure mirroring on the distribution server, but that it wouldn't work if you failed over.
So technically I think you could do all 3, but as the article states, there's not much point in mirroring the distribution database.

Great question Steve.To be frank, I never thought on these lines.
Me either, but it makes some sense that you might want to mirror your publications. I think not being able to mirror the distributor is a hole, but perhaps not a huge one.

Nice question. I like it when the question is clear and the answer too, with no scope for arguing about what it means.
Subscription mirroring isn't all it should be, maybe it will be improved sometime soon? It would be nice to have automatic adjustment or replication when the subscriber fails over.
