Took a while over this as was debating with myself wether "user defined" pools, which are also available with Resource Governor, counted as "Guest" pools. In the end I decided not to count that.

I was thinking the same thing but chose not overthink the QotD today.

I also included System, which of course isn't actually a pool it is a type of pool. /sigh
Great question, had to brush on the topic since this is not the sort of thing I look at all that frequently.
