Last of the 3 questions all the options were true... I hope to see some questions where none or only 1 option is true... I'm going to click them all on by default by now...

OK, I was lazy. Didn't want to make something up and find it was real.
I'll be sure the next few I write aren't like that! 😛

Hey Steve - here's a thought for the QOD for tomorrow... or another time. I noticed you swapped out an undisclosed part of the SSC logo for a present - "Which of the following images used to be in the spot currenly occupied by the present". 🙂 Of course, it would only work for those taking the quiz the next few days, after that they'd just have to look up to see what was there.

That's good! I'll have to get some more images made with other things so I can keep confusing you.

I feel sorry - i was on a tricky ice.
In the headline you wrote query hint - and there is no QUERY hint with remote
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms181714.aspx
but in the question you wrote (correct) JOIN hint
and yes - I was to fast and just reading the headline
"remote" IS a JOIN hint
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms173815.aspx
Was it a "quick" headline ("query hints" instead of "hints") or the idea behind the question?
hints: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms187713.aspx
-- not to forget TABLE hints
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms187373.aspx
Good to review - and to remember to handle with care

I wasn't sure about " Remote " option. But since from last two days all options are correct, I selected Remote option.
Can some one post a sample query or syntax which shows hints on Remote query? I couldn't find anywhere.
Appreciated.
