Using the results returned by @@version, how can you tell which SQL Server Service Pack has been installed? Is there some type of matrix that's available somewhere?

Check out http://www.sql-server-performance.com/service_packs.asp for a fairly good list.

The free tool that is advertised on this site, "SQL Check" from NetIQ, tells you the service pack level of both SQL and Windows, as well.
