Resetting the counters on the popular articles and scripts every quarter or month. This would allow a new informative and helpful item to be surfaced at an earlier time rather than 6 months down the road. Maybe have a link to "last month's leaders", or leaders by month for the past 12-months, and a link to the overall top leaders.

When I go to briefcase, the last two group items have a list, which I believe to be based on pulled or reviewed. It is this count I am referring to.

These aren't counters per se, they are an aggregation of how many people have added those to their breifcases. I see what you mean, but I'm not sure how to get more recent additions. Maybe something that's the most added in the last quarter?

Anything but a running total. I would ike to see new items instead of the same list because they have been around the longest. What is hot now.
