I just wanted to know what your current role is (type of work eg Contract/Permanent.), your career aspirations and also how long you have been in the company you work for ?
Myself: Permanent Trainee Developer/DBA, hoping to move into System Admin / Storage specialist as well .

Production DBA, specialise in application and database tuning ( plus all the hardware etc. and HA , DR & BCP ). Contract. SNIA certified ( fc storage stuff ) 16 years exp.
Aspiration to get a day rate of over £1k - well you did ask!

Time at Current Job: Less than 1 year (I just moved to Arizona, US and am in a new job).
Aspirations: To win the lottery and retire.
