converting negative amounts into positive amount

    Experts,

    I have come accross a column that contains all paid orders but the amounts have a negative sign in front, how can I convert that netgative amount into a positve?

    please help

    Well - assuming you REALLY want to do this (I mean - they were entered in as negative values for a reason, weren't they?), look into the Books online for the ABS function. should do what you ask.
