I find many of your columns very interesting. They would be easier to read though if the lines were not so wide. Suggest either limiting the line width to 80 characters or not pre-formatting them (thereby allowing the browser to do the line wrapping). Even with my browser set to full screen mode on a 1024x1280 display, the line length often exceeds the viewable area.
An example of the problem is the following column:

The problem is created by the use of preformatted text so the code displays in a more readable manner. When the or <PRE></PRE> tags are used the browser doesn't format the text.

What the author should have done was to manually insert line breaks to make sure that the lines where not too long.

Another solution is to use the pre tag on the code segments of the article.

Maybe I'm being a little 'dim', but what can I, as the reader, do to make viewing the article easier? I found that the 'Print This' helps but not always.

That is what he has used but a few of the lines in the code section are very long, therefore the article becomes too wide.

To illustrate this I've formatted the following paragraph from BOL using the [Formatted] style.

Normal formatting

Microsoft® SQL Server™ 2000 extends the performance, reliability, quality, and ease-of-use of Microsoft SQL Server version 7.0. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 includes several new features that make it an excellent database platform for large-scale online transactional processing (OLTP), data warehousing, and e-commerce applications.

Using the [Formatted] style which adds the <PRE></PRE> tags

Microsoft® SQL Server™ 2000 extends the performance, reliability, quality, and ease-of-use of Microsoft SQL Server version 7.0. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 includes several new features that make it an excellent database platform for large-scale online transactional processing (OLTP), data warehousing, and e-commerce applications.

As you can see there is no wrapping of the text
