  Testdb.mdf database is in f:\database and it is attached to my sql 2000 server , if i want change the database from f:\database directory

  to d:\database\Testdb.mdf and log files and remove database from f:\database\Testdb.mdf and log files.

  detach ur database copy the file to ur new loaction and then attach ur database to the sql server. this would do for u.
