HelpDesk Tasks

  • I will like Helpdesk to be able to isolate

    and kill users who are locking up the system.

    What other tasks would they be able to help out with if they are not required to create/drop users .

    I do not want them to configure,tune,or schedule jobs.

    Any ideas are welcome
